The Prime Minister Returns to Cambodia after Attending the Asia-Pacific Water Summit in Japan

Phnom Penh: Prime Minister Hun has returned to Phnom Penh International Airport after spending about two days in Japan to attend the 4th Asia-Pacific Water Summit.

The Prime Minister's special plane arrived at Phnom Penh International Airport at around 12:45 pm on 24 April 2022.

The Prime Minister was in Japan from April 22 to 24 to attend the 4th Asia-Pacific Water Summit.

At the summit, the Prime Minister delivered a keynote speech, noting the importance of "managing current water resources and determining our quality of life and for our children in the future."

In addition to his speech, the Prime Minister also met with the Prime Minister of Laos, the Prime Minister of Japan, and representatives of Japanese investment companies that achieved remarkable results including on the Cambodia-Laos border issue, Cambodia-Laos relations, and the strengthening of relations between Cambodia and Japan to another level.
